This website is a demonstration and consultation experience for VARAI Call Center. These notes explain the features currently connected.

AI conversations

Messages you send to the AI demo are processed by the managed AI service to generate a reply. Keep the conversation general: do not share passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive personal information. The website does not provide telephone calling, confirm bookings, or update a CRM.

The chat transcript stays in page memory while you use the demo. The website does not save a conversation history to an application database. The AI service and platform may process or retain service data under their own terms; this site does not promise otherwise. Replies can be inaccurate and should not be treated as professional advice.

Optional microphone and voice

Microphone input is optional and depends on your browser’s speech-recognition support and permission. Your browser’s recognition service may process audio. Voice output uses your browser’s speech-synthesis capability. Typing remains available, and no phone call is made.

Consultation requests

The form collects your name, business email, company, use case, and optional message. When you consent and submit, the information is sent as a notification to the site owner to respond to your request. Success means the notification service accepted it; it does not mean an appointment is confirmed. Do not include sensitive information in the form.

Shopify demo products and checkout

The catalog is connected to a Shopify development store. Products marked “Demo” use illustrative prices, and checkout does not activate a live virtual agent, telephone service, or recurring subscription. Confirm the actual offer, pricing, and deployment terms with VARAI before conducting business. Shopify operates the checkout and processes checkout information under its own terms.

Essential cookies

An essential cart cookie keeps your selected products associated with your browser. In embedded Preview, a partitioned cookie may separate your cart from the standalone website. Optional Shopify storefront analytics are not enabled by this implementation. The hosting platform may still use operational logs and essential functionality.
